After her father, Ned Johnson III, Abigail owns an estimated 24.5% stake in the firm, which has $3.7 trillion in worth. First, she joined the company as an intern in 1980 then she became the CEO in 2014 & Chairwoman in 2016.
TOP 9: Iris Fontbona & Family ($22.8 billion)
In 2022, Chilean richest woman, Iris Fantbona ranked ninth on the Forbes list with an estimated wealth of $22.8 billion. Chilean magnate Andronico Luksic left his wife-Irish & his sons in 2005 with his earned fortune in copper mines & beverages. Antofagasta PLC. and also a majority stake in Quinenco, a consumer packaging and beverage maker are held and controlled by Iris Fontbona & Family. In 2021 she was the tenth richest woman in the world according to Forbes Billionaires.

The richest woman in Germany, Susane Klatten is also the heiress of the German automaker, BMW. According to the Statista list of the Top 10 Richest Women in the World in 2022, Susane comes eighth in the ranks. She holds a 19% stake in BMW with an estimated $24.3 billion net worth. After the death of her father, Herbert Quandt, Susane also inherited a majority share in her grandfather’s pharmaceutical and chemical company, Altana. In 2009, she bought the remaining shares and became the owner of the company.

The richest Israeli and physician, Miriam Adelson ranked seventh in the 2022 Forbes Top 10 list with a $27.5 billion net worth. She owns the majority of Las Vegas Sands, Casino company after her late CEO & chairman husband, Sheldon Adelson. It is a 56% stake in the company. She became a donor in politics and was awarded the ” Presidential Medal of Freedom” for her philanthropy and scientific research.
TOP 6: Gina Rinehart ($30.2 billion)
Notably, Australia’s richest person, Gina Rinehart has come up 3 ranks in the Forbes top 10 lists rather than in 2021 and become the sixth wealthiest woman in the world as of 2022 as estimated by Forbes. Mars incorporation appeared in the fifth rank of the top five private companies in the USA which was founded by Jacqueline Mar’s grandfather, Frank C. Mars in 1911. Francoise Mayer inherited her fortune from her late mother, Lilliane Bettencourt, who was the world’s richest woman until she passed away in 2017.
